Citizenship Charter

The Citizens' Charter is a general agreement on duties and responsibilities between local councils and citizens.

1. To inform about the basic services and information of the local council

2. Development of the responsibility of the local council through the Citizen's Charter

3. To establish an efficient system for public complaints and grievances

4. Awareness of the responsibility and duty of the citizens.

We are committed to control and administer the regularization of all matters such as public health public utility services and public roads, protecting all facilities and convenience of the people of our jurisdiction.

1. Correctly complete the application form for the services and provide the necessary documents.

2. To participate in the meetings and discussions called by the council for the common interests of the jurisdiction.

3. Proper payment of taxes and fees due to the council

4. Avoiding irregular waste disposal.

5. If any construction is done, inform the council about it and get the relevant approval.

6. Providing support for the protection and maintenance of public properties such as public roads, community halls, street lights, cemeteries, playgrounds, children's parks etc. in our jurisdiction.

7. Giving your contribution in carrying out the community contribution development works carried out by the council.

8. Sparing use of water resources.

9. Safeguard the local council equipment and machines taken on rent and return the machines and equipment as soon as possible after fulfilling the requirement..
